Aaron Larmour

Aaron Larmour joined Vancity Investment Management in August 2025 as an Associate Investment Analyst and has over six years of financial industry experience. He is a member of the Equities team focused on providing support and investment research for the Global mandate. Prior to joining Vancity, Aaron spent four years at British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) in Investment Operations and most recently worked at a Canadian charter aviation group supporting aircraft and business investment decisions.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria (UVic) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. His interest in investing piqued as he learned about the “Oracle of Omaha,” [Warren Buffet] which evolved into a broader curiosity about what drives businesses, industries, and long-term value creation. He enjoys digging deeper to better understand how companies operate, adapt, and grow—an interest that continues to fuel his approach to research and analysis.

Vancity Investment Management’s purpose-driven approach to responsible investing aligns closely with Aaron’s own, making the firm a natural fit. He is proud to help generate long-term value for clients and for the community he calls home in Vancouver. Outside of work, Aaron is an avid tennis player, wine enthusiast, and sports fan, and he loves exploring new food and travel destinations with family and friends.
